The instruments used are questionnaires and media education flip charts. Data processing techniques using SPSS with Wilcoxon tests.
Results: Based on the research results, the average knowledge obtained before being given the peer group method with flip chart media was (7.84) with a median of 8.00, a minimum value of 3, and a maximum value of 13. The average results after being given the peer group method with a flip chart media chart (12.42) were that the median was 12.00, the minimum value was 7, and the maximum value was 17. The result of increasing knowledge before to after was 4.58 (58.41%). The statistical test used the Wilcoxon test on students' knowledge scores before and after the intervention which obtained a significance value of 0.000 (p-value < 0.05).
